Hi! I'm Jonah Apurado, your virtual assistant. I am an accountancy degree holder. I am a reliable and hardworking single mom. I have been in a corporate world for 7 years, a business platform where I earned an extensive work experience in retail management and Information Technology. I was trained for problems. I possessed the skills on how to handle and deal with different kinds of people from different walks of life.

My vision is to provide relevant assistance and deliver excellent outcomes and satisfaction to clients.

Recently, Covid-19 changed the world quickly. Everything is drawn to the use of technology, to the world wide web. Everybody and everything is going digital which I find interesting and convenient. With that, I enrolled and now polishing my skills in an academy handled by Coaches Julmar Grace Locsin and Noemi Gonzales of Filipino Virtual Assistants.

MY JOB HUNT BATTLE IN THE MIDST OF CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

My job hunt battle in the midst of coronavirus pandemic.

The coronavirus pandemic is affecting almost every aspect of the economy. Companies are making drastic cuts and are adopting the idea of moving their employees to remote work to stay afloat but still, it resulted in a high number of people that have lost their jobs worldwide.

I am one of those people being affected and wondering, "How do I even search for a job in the midst of this uncertain time?"

In mayhem, anxiety, and uncertainty I still have the spirit of staying optimistic and believe that hiring will continue in select industries that have not been negatively impacted by the pandemic. It's not going to be comfortable but I can find a way to get by.
